Interactive Support for Internet Explorer
(Windows 98 Internet Explorer instructions may differ slightly.)

1. Call a Pelican Computer Technician at [504] 818-0200

2. Click here to start the utility download and this will open

   

   Click Run

   

3. Click Run (You may see the following image appear briefly)

   

   After a second this will open

   

4. Click Run to confirm that it is ok and this window will pop up

   

5. Double-click "Internet support - Double Click This Line..."

   

6. When an active connection is made you will see this logo (circled) by your clock.
   At this point the technician can talk to you and work on your computer at the same time.

   

   When the technician closes the session this icon will disappear. You can also close the session yourself by right-clicking on the icon and choosing close.
